A peer-to-peer learning program that builds climate resilience across farms, forests and communities.

Climate change is reshaping the landscape of agriculture and forestry, bringing challenges like extreme rainfall and flooding, increased pest pressure, and drought to farms and forests in the Northeast and Midwest United States. Climate Adaptation and Mitigation Fellowship (CAMF) Programs aim to be a part of the solution. CAMF is designed to empower farmers and agricultural advisors to gain and share knowledge and tools needed to be resilient in the face of climate uncertainty. Webinars for interested applicants have been hosted, and recordings are available to watch.

The Climate Adaptation and Mitigation Fellowship will run four programs beginning in early 2024. These cohort-based learning opportunities are for farmers and agricultural advisors in the Northeast and Midwest who are interested in climate change adaptation and mitigation strategies and planning, as well as peer-to-peer networking and support.
